Castlemore Public School

Castlemore Public School opened its doors on October 22, 2001. In the first few years, Castlemore went from a school of 500 students to over a thousand students. Currently, our enrolment hovers just below 800 students and provides exemplary instructional practices in literacy, mathematical literacy, as well as the arts and athlectics.

Castlemore has quickly established itself as a school with high academic standards, excellence in athletics and the arts, as well as a commitment to community.

At Castlemore, we believe that education is the shared responsibility of students, parents and teachers. We believe that open communication between home and school is vital to the success of every student.
Castlemore Public School is committed to the rights of all students, staff and community members. We promote academic excellence of all students and work to promote positive and respectful relations with and between members of all school communities.

Our school motto, Voices of Today; Voices for Tomorrow, symbolizes our belief in the need to support the development of all students’ voices while at Castlemore in order to set the roots necessary to become responsible global citizens of tomorrow. Through knowledge, learning, teamwork and belief in oneself, all students will achieve success.
